Reminder: If your taking a snap shot don't worry about not getting your user(its not going to be shown if posted on the daily explorer because they edit it so you can't see your user name.) Also, at the end of what ever your entering use your characters name! Not your user name! If you've been denied because you put in your user name it's because they want your character name!
